Getting It Out

As a designer, when I’m looking for that little spark of inspiration the first thing I generally do is open Firefox and start sifting through the interweb for anything that grabs my attention.

I have a few sites bookmarked and yesterday I added another which is worthy of note.

Still very much in it’s infancy, in fact it was only officially launched a few weeks ago, Arts Of The Month is a community showcase of photography, webdesign, icons, modern art, 3D and, well, pretty much anything creative. You’re encouraged to upload, browse and comment and ultimately enter competitions and win prizes but most importantly of all it is a resource for inspiration and an outlet for promoting art and artists.
